Hanacek is 19th at state golf tourney

Bainbridge High School senior Lucy Hanacek placed 19th at the recent Washington Interscholastic Activities Association 3A Girls Golf State Championship.

Hanacek shot 85-83 in the state tournament.

It was a performance which capped an already accolade-heavy year.

After claiming their most recent Metro League title win (their fourth in nine years, second in just three) in November, Hanacek was one of three stellar Spartans named to the the 2018 Metro Girls Second Team All-League, along with junior co-captain Kendall Havill and freshman Grace Frei.
