Central Kitsap pulls out win over Bainbridge in girls volleyball

The Cougars clawed out a win in girls varsity volleyball Tuesday against the Bainbridge Spartans in the non-league opener for both teams.

Central Kitsap won on its home court in a spirited battle, 25-22, 25-20 and 29-27.

The Spartans return to Bainbridge Thursday for their first home contest against Olympic High.

The junior varsity game starts at 5 p.m., followed by the varsity matchup at 6:30 p.m.
