Cloudy weather is headed our way, but Bainbridge Island should see sunny weather again by Sunday, according to the National Weather Service’s office in Seattle.
Friday’s sunny weather — a high of 73 is forecast — will change into a slightly cooler, mostly cloudy Saturday on the island.
Saturday’s expected to have a high near 71, with a slight chance of rain before 11 p.m.
The chance of showers on Sunday morning is 20 percent, but by the afternoon, it’s expected to be partly sunny, with a high near 67.
The sunshine will stick around through much of next week, with a sunny Monday and a high near 75 transforming into a terrific Tuesday, with sunshine and a high near 79.
