Bainbridge board picks new officers

Bainbridge park officials will meet in early January to pick the park board’s officers for 2017.

The board will also choose committee members.

Also on the agenda, a review of the city of Bainbridge Island’s rewritten comprehensive plan.

The board of commissioners for the Bainbridge Island Metropolitan Park & Recreation District will hold their next regular board meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 5 at Strawberry Hill Center, 7666 NE High School Road.

A closed-door executive session on potential litigation will precede the start of the regular board meeting at 6 p.m.
