Rita E. Fisher passed away on Thursday, Nov. 26, 2015 at her home in Poulsbo.
She was born on May 17, 1934 and was 81 years of age.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Dec. 4 at Port Blakely Cemetery on Bainbridge Island.
