The Bainbridge Public Library presents “What Do You Know: Infographics with Marilyn” at 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 27.

Successful infographics tell a story in a visually compelling way, using art and science to connect data and ideas and communicate challenging concepts. Marilyn Ostergren will talk about her work at the University of Washington, where she develops infographics to communicate about topics such as energy use, building design, transportation options and greenhouse gas reduction.

The presentation is in partnership with EarthArt: Where Art and Science meet Climate Change.
