The Kitsap Audubon Society will meet this week for a presentation on John Muir and the Wilderness Act at 50.
Sierra Club historian Ron Eber will talk about Muir’s legacy and other leaders who laid the groundwork for preservation of all our National Wilderness and the Wilderness Act of 1964.
The Kitsap Audubon Society will meet from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday, jan. 8 in the lower level of the Poulsbo Library. The public is welcome.
