Roosevelt offense comes late in win over Spartans in girls soccer

The Rough Riders of Roosevelt netted two second-half scores to beat Bainbridge 2-0 in girls varsity soccer Tuesday night at Bainbridge Memorial Stadium.
Roosevelt found its first goal in the 43rd minute as Hailey Wirth took a pass from Ellen Pattinson and put the visitors up 1-0.
Emma Griffith added Roosevelt’s second goal after Griffith got an assist from AJ Louter and scored in the 77th minute.
