BIMA hosts art book discussion Sunday

Uncovering the Artist’s Book: A panel discussion will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 12 in the Bainbridge Island Museum of Art auditorium.

A group of accomplished Northwest book artists will gather for a lively presentation and panel discussion about what lies at the heart of their intriguing art form.

The moderator and presenter is Lou Cabeen, artist and associate professor in the School of Art at the University of Washington, who will be joined by book artists Mare Blocker, Catherine Alice Michaelis, and Sande Wascher-James.

An informal reception will follow at 4 p.m. in the BIMA Bistro.
