Ryderville Ink, the island’s first tattoo parlor, has relocated to 330 Madison Ave. South, Suite 206, near the marina, Tracy Lang, owner and head designer, recently announced.

The shop was previously located across from the Pavilion on Madison Avenue North.

Lang said that the initial public reaction to her shop, which entered its third year of operation in May, was a mixed bag of immediate enthusiasm and outright surprise, but that a solid clientele of eager teens, long-time adult holdouts and veteran ink-bearers alike have been drawn to the small, unique shop and her individualistic designs.
