Russian Oils: The work of Russian painter Yuri Volkov is on display now at Director’s Gallery, 126 Madrone Lane. Land Use: The public will have its first opportunity to comment on the city’s initiative to update the Land Use Code at a workshop to be held at 6:30 p.m. May 13 at City Hall.
