Chance McKinney will perform at the next free summer concert at Battle Point Park.

Chance McKinney will perform at the next free summer concert at Battle Point Park.

The Sounds of Summer concert series returns to Battle Point Park for free shows on Wednesdays through Aug. 3.

Sponsored by the Bainbridge Island Metro Park & Recreation District, the concerts are 7 to 8:30 p.m.

It’s fun for the whole family with live music, food vendors, face painting and balloon clowns.

CMT award winner Chance McKinney and his industrialized country tunes will perform on July 27.
