Rebecca Villareal, a business consultant and instructor at the Northwest Business Training Center, will lead the free workshop “How to Create a MeetUp” at noon Tuesday, May 17 at OfficeXpats.

Ever thought about putting on a workshop, networking event or wanting to get a group of like-minded people together to chat? Arranging MeetUps is a great way to help increase awareness of a brand in any industry and can be fairly easy to maintain moving forward.

During the one-hour session, Villareal will explain the process of creating your own MeetUp in whatever target market you choose.

She will share some of the things that she learned from her experience, and also provide a seven-step process for how to create and post the MeetUp in whatever niche is needed to target the desired audience.

A handout of the seven-step checklist will be provided.
