Spartans blank Ravens in girls varsity soccer

BAINBRIDGE – The Spartans battled to a scoreless tie against Auburn Riverside in girls varsity soccer Tuesday at BHS Memorial Stadium.

The non-league matchup against the 4A Ravens was the home opener for Bainbridge, which was scheduled to face Garfield on Thursday in Seattle.

The Spartans returned home to play Central Kitsap at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10.

The Spartan junior varsity soccer team beat the Ravens 1-0 during their non-conference game Tuesday at home.
