Amabile Christmas concerts coming this weekend

The Amabile choir will present its Christmas concerts at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 5, and 3 and 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 6 at Saint Barnabas Episcopal Church, 1187 Wyatt Way.

The title of the program is “Glad Tidings of Great Joy.” This concert of festive music will feature Arvo Pärt’s Magnificat, works by Benjamin Britten, John Rutter, Herbert Howells, and other joyful holiday favorites. The choir will be joined by Paul Roy on the organ for this concert.

Tickets are a suggested donation of $15, available at Winslow Drug or from Amabile singers.
