Spartans win berth to state 3A fastpitch tournament

The Spartans are heading back to the state softball tournament.

Bainbridge High blasted Blanchet 11-1 in a loser-out game in the SeaKing District Tournament, then followed the win with a clutch 8-7 victory against Holy Names in another loser-out game Thursday.

The State Softball Championships are May 25-26 at the Regional Athletic Complex in Lacey. The Spartans’ first game is May 25.
