Warkentin leads BHS to golf win

SEATTLE – The Spartans battered the Rams 141-79 in boys varsity golf last week at Jackson Park Golf Course.

Sam Warkentin was the medalist in the match against Ingraham. The Spartan standout shot a 35 on the par-36 course and finished with 28 points.

Colin Campbell shot a 38 (25 points), while fellow Spartan Thomas Crowley finished at 39/24.

Other Spartans adding to Bainbridge’s points were Carter Kraus (41/22), David Wellbrock (45/18) and Nate Boegl (39/24).
