BPA seeks new front house managers

Bainbridge Performing Arts is looking for energetic, customer service-oriented personnel to oversee the overall patron experience. The front of house managers work closely with the operations manager to maintain the mission and integrity of BPA.

Bainbridge Performing Arts is looking for energetic, customer service-oriented personnel to oversee the overall patron experience. The front of house managers work closely with the operations manager to maintain the mission and integrity of BPA.

Front of house managers are responsible for the operation of the lobby, auditorium, kitchen, box office and other public areas. This shared position encompasses bar/concession management, box office operations for performances, patron assistance and on-site volunteer management during BPA’s busy schedule of events.

A warm, welcoming, can-do customer service attitude is a must.

The successful candidate will hold a post-secondary education diploma or certificate, have experience with volunteers and practical knowledge of the theatre environment, be attentive to detail and have a commitment to accuracy and follow-through, maintain excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills, possess strong organizational, record keeping, and management skills and have the ability to multi-task in a busy environment with many disruptions.

First aid training and CPR are preferred.
