Deadline extended to be part of 100th anniversary edition

The deadline has been extended to Jan. 10 for readers to get their memories of the Bainbridge Island Review in for its special 100th anniversary edition.

Please email your writings, 300 words or less please so we can get as many as possible in, to steven.powell@soundpublishing.com

If you have saved any old newspaper clippings for whatever reason we’d love a photo of it with a description of why you kept it. If you ever worked for or were featured in the newspaper, we would like you to share your thoughts on what that experience was like.

Please also share your thoughts if you’ve been an avid reader, especially for a long time, and would like to explain what the paper has meant to you and the community. Or if you just want to share your thoughts about some special news events you remember reading about in the newspaper over the years — we would also like to hear from you.
