A 45-year-old Hansville man died early of June 22 after crashing his motorcycle into a cable barrier on Highway 3.

Michael Sooto was traveling northbound on Highway 3 just south of Finn Hill Road at a high rate of speed before his motorcycle left the roadway and struck a cable barrier, a Washington State Patrol news release states. He died at the scene.

WSP lists the cause of the crash as speeding too fast for conditions.
