Number of events this month in BI

The Bainbridge Island Downtown Association announced a number of events taking place the rest of this month.

The BI Summer Studio Tour starts at 10 a.m. Aug. 12-14 at various locations. Also Aug. 12 is “Raiders of the Lost Ark” at the Movies in the Park at 8 p.m. at Battle Point Park.

Wine Around the Rock is Aug. 13 at 5 p.m. at BI’s Waterfront Park dock, followed by “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” at 2 and 7 p.m. Aug. 16 at the BI Museum of Art.

On Aug. 17, Ian McFeron performs at 6 p.m. as part of the BI Metro Parks & Recreation District’s Sounds of Summer concert series at Battle Point.

Island Theatre’s 10-Minute Play Festival runs at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 18-20 at Bainbridge Cinemas, with “Jurrasic Park” at 8 p.m. at the Movies in the Park Aug. 19 at Battle Point.

Nearly Dan performs at 6 p.m. Aug. 24 at Battle Point and “Cruella” is the movie at 8 p.m. Aug. 26, also at Battle Point.

Ending the month Aug. 31 at 6 p.m. is Backstreet Jellyroll at Battle Point.
