Highway 305 Agate Pass work finishes two days ahead of schedule

The clean-up work on the Agate Pass Bridge is finished, Washington State Department of Transportation officials announced Wednesday, and the annual project is wrapping up early.

Bridge crews have completed the annual cleaning-and-maintenance project on the Highway 305 span over Agate Passage.

The work was finished two full days ahead of schedule, and lane closures scheduled for Thursday, March 1 and Friday, March 2, have been cancelled.

WSDOT thanked drivers for their patience while traffic was limited to daytime one-way alternating traffic.
