Wortley awarded bachelor’s degree

Regan Maria Wortley, a resident of Bainbridge Island, graduated from the University of Rochester on Sunday, May 21, at the 167th commencement with a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering.

Wortley is the daughter of Nicole Wortley and Jeff Wortley, and is a graduate of Bainbridge High School.

The University of Rochester, founded in 1850, is a private research university located in Rochester, N.Y.
