Friday’s sunny weather may stick around through a bit of the weekend on Bainbridge Island, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service’s office in Seattle.

Mr. Sunshine is expected to break through patchy fog on the island before 10 a.m. The rest of the day will be partly sunny, with a high near 48 degrees. There will be light winds from the south-southeast.

Skies will stay partly cloudy overnight, with the thermometer dipping to a low around 33.

Sunday, Bainbridge will see mostly cloudy skies and a high near 47.

There is a slight chance of rain — 20 percent — on Sunday night.

Monday will be partly sunny before rainy weather makes its return on Tuesday.
