Islanders gather for Inauguration Day Candlelight Vigil

A gathering of those concerned, disappointed and wary of possible revelations during the presidency of Donald Trump gathered on Inauguration Day, Friday, Jan. 20, near Bainbridge Island City Hall in downtown Winslow for a candlelight vigil and sympathetic chanting session.
The gathering drew well more than 60 participants. Many at the gathering expressed their intent to march the very next day in Seattle as part of the larger organized demonstrations.
