TRAVEL ADVISORY | Highway 305 reopens after deadly crash

Highway 305 across the north end of Bainbridge Island has been reopened to traffic in both directions.

The highway was reopened shortly before 4 p.m. Wednesday.

Highway 305 was closed just before noon Dec. 21 after a deadly collision between a truck and Jeep that left one driver dead.

The closure prompted long backups on and off the island for more than four hours Wednesday.
