Bainbridge Ultimate teams head to playoffs

BAINBRIDGE – Both the Bainbridge High Ultimate Frisbee A and B Team are advancing to the playoffs this week.

The A Team division has a six-team bracket ahead of them, explained Spartan Head Coach Andrew Lovejoy. The BHS team has a bye to the semifinals, which means no games on Saturday, May 7, and two games on Saturday, May 14 (3:30 and 5 p.m.) at Lower Woodland Park in Seattle.

The B Team had its first postseason matchup at 2:45 p.m. Saturday, May 7, in Shoreline.

Depending on the outcome of that game, Lovejoy said, they could have one or two games this week.
