First Friday Art Walk at The BPA Gallery presents Joel Sackett photos

The BPA Gallery presents “Air, Water, and Soil: Local Farmers on a Changing Environment,” photography by Joel Sackett, in April.

Celebrate Earth Day by visiting the BPA Gallery from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, April 1 for an artist reception, a fun evening of art, food, and friends.

BPA’s April exhibit is informed by Sackett’s encounters with local farmers who shared their observations from the 2015 growing season, as well as their concerns for the future of small-scale farming.

The BPA Gallery showcases regional artists in monthly rotating exhibits in the C. Keith Birkenfeld Lobby; gallery hours are noon to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Friday plus one hour prior to each performance. Admission is free.
