The Bainbridge High varsity girls basketball team scored a 47-46 overtime win at home Monday over the visitors from Kingston.

The Spartans led early — then saw the Buccaneers rally — before Bainbridge battled back and reclaimed the lead in OT before the final buzzer.

The nonconference matchup was the island squad’s first home game of the year.
