Puget Sound Energy reported multiple power outages in the Puget Sound region Sunday, Sept. 20.

Thousands of residents on the north end of Bainbridge Island went without electricity for roughly two hours before power was restored at 10:34 a.m.

PSE also reported outages in Poulsbo, Kingston and Port Orchard Sunday morning.

Other neighborhoods without power were reported in Bothell, Renton and Auburn.

The power outage on Bainbridge Island affected 13,729 customers who are served by the Port Madison, Winslow and Murden Cove substations, according to PSE.

The outage was caused by a broken tree limb that fell onto highline power lines, PSE reported.
