Bloedel Reserve hosts Solstice Walk

Bloedel Reserve presents “Lighting the Night-A Solstice Walk” on Sunday, Dec. 21.

Doors open at 4 p.m. and the walk begins at 4:45 p.m. The year’s shortest day will be a little brighter with a peaceful, candle-lit walk around the reserve. Imagine what deer, raccoon and owls will think when they see a parade of lanterns traipsing the trails. Participants will meet in the Education Center to decorate lanterns and warm-up with hot cider before walking the grounds together. Please wear proper footwear and exercise caution.
