Garfield wins in Paski girls hoops debut

The Bainbridge High varsity girls basketball team lost to the visitors from Garfield High 78-52 Friday during their home Metro League matchup.
The Spartans were closely competitive through the first quarter before the Bulldogs got out and began to pull ahead in the second.
Though the Spartans managed consistent offensive gains, their efforts were insufficient to turn the ever-increasing offensive barrage that pushed Garfield to their first-ever victory in Paski Gymnasium.
