VIPs gets ACCESS info at next meeting

The Bainbridge Island Visually Impaired Persons Support Group will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 8 at the Bainbridge Public Library.

Laurie Federico-Hoene and Connie Foust of Kitsap Transit’s ACCESS program will speak about eligibility and scheduling basics and answer questions.

For roll call, VIP members will talk about sports, and their biggest events, both good or bad.

There will be an all-board meeting directly following the general VIP meeting. All board members, including the newly elected board members, should plan to attend.
