Mackin’s seven goals power Bainbridge girls past Snohomish

Kelsey Mackin scored seven goals to lead Bainbridge to a 19-6 win over Snohomish in girls high school lacrosse Friday at Glacier Peak High School in Snohomish.

The victory was the fifth straight win for the Spartans, and Mackin matched her season’s best in offense. She also had one assist.

Olivia Smith had six goals and an assist and Madeline Stevenson had four saves in the win for Bainbridge.

The Grizzlies were led by Stephanie Lamphere with two goals.

Bainbridge, which started the season with a loss and a tie, is now 5-1-1.

The Spartans next face Bellarmine Prep (0-6-1) Wednesday, April 18 at Bainbridge Stadium. The game starts at 7:45 p.m.
