Tune-in to the MSNBC “TODAY” show on Aug. 16 when the Bainbridge Graduate Institute co-founders Libba and Gifford Pinchot will be featured on “Your Life Calling with Jane Pauley.”
The new series, produced by the AARP, showcases people ages 50 and over who have reinvented themselves.
The Bainbridge piece will trace how the Pinchots’ both left highly successful corporate consulting careers in 2002 to follow their dreams and launch the Bainbridge Graduate Institute.
“The world needs business solutions for the world’s most pressing problems,” said Gifford Pinchot. “BGI’s Sustainable MBA programs and certificates are designed to integrate sustainability, including environmental and socially responsible practices, with a traditional business education to harness the power of business for good in the world.”
The Bainbridge Graduate Institute was the first school to offer an MBA in sustainable business. Both Fast Company and the Huffington Post named Bainbridge Graduate Institute one of the top five green MBA programs in the country.
Pauley will also host an interview on ‘ASK JANE,’ AARP’s internet radio program, with the Pinchots’ and Marc Freedman, CEO and Founder of Civic Ventures, a think tank on boomers, work and social purpose.
The interview will air at 9:00 a.m. PST, Tuesday and can be found at www.aarp.org/jane.
The Bainbridge segment on the “TODAY” show will air between 8:30am – 9:00am PST on Tuesday, Aug. 16 on MSNBC.
