The Spartans fell to 1-1 on the season with a 4-3 loss to North Kitsap Saturday.

Boys Lacrosse

Bainbridge lost to Mercer Island 13-0 Saturday.

Water Polo

Lady Ray lost to Newport 11-6 Tuesday.

The team takes on Mercer Island at home at 3:50 p.m. today.

Basketball

Bainbridge senior Will DiIorio scored 16 points in the WIBCA All-State boys basketball game at Mountlake Terrace High School Saturday. 3A defeated 4A 121-11.

DiIorio also led the 3A in rebounding with 14.

Tanner Riley of Mount Si led the 3A with 20 while Ryan Nicholas of Gonzaga Prep scored 21 for the 4A.

DiIorio, a guard, was named Metro Player of the Year.
