The spring sports season officially began at Bainbridge High School early this week with tryouts and inaugural practice sessions. Despite unseasonably cool weather, turnouts were reportedly strong.

BHS offers numerous springtime sports, including baseball, boys soccer, cheer, fastpitch softball, tennis, and track and field. Additionally, students may elect to participate in several community sponsored club programs, including crew, boys and girls lacrosse, sailing, ultimate Frisbee, Gear Grinders (competitive mountain biking), and girls water polo.
