The Bainbridge Spartans rocked rival Eastside Catholic 10-8 in girls varsity lacrosse last week in Sammamish.

Kendall Havill led the Spartans in scoring. She split the posts for four goals, and also added three assists and nine draws.

Three other Bainbridge players also contributed to the Spartans’ offense. Eleanor Collins, Eleanor King and Abby Reibsamen all added two goals each in the big win.

Collins also contributed a ground ball and a draw, while Rebisamen added two ground balls.

Goalie Thuy Lan Ortiz had a big night in the net for the Spartans. She had eight saves; stopping exactly half of the shots on goal by the Crusaders.
