Layoff continues for BHS swimmers

The Spartan boys swim team will continue its break from competition following a slight change to the season schedule last week.

Bainbridge’s planned matchup against Roosevelt was move up from its Jan. 4 date due to the holiday break for Seattle Public Schools.

Now, the Spartan swimmers won’t return to meet action until they host Lakeside on Friday, Jan. 18 at the Bainbridge Aquatic Center.

The meet gets underway at 3:30 p.m.

The final home meet, and last regular meet of the season, is scheduled for Friday, Jan. 25 against Garfield.

The Metro League Championships get underway Friday, Feb. 1.
