The Braves outlasted the Spartans late last week in girls varsity volleyball in Seattle.

Bainbridge took Bishop Blanchet to four sets, but Blanchet survived win a 3-1 win.

The Spartans came up short in both games last week; both on the road. Earlier, last week against Seattle Prep, the BHS varsity team fell to the Lions 3-1.

Bainbridge was scheduled to return to Paski Gymnasium late this week for a matchup against Lakeside, then it’s back on the road again for the Spartans against Eastside Catholic on Oct. 22 and Holy Names Academy on Oct. 24.
