Monday may have been a bit on the chilly side at Bainbridge High stadium; but the bright lights and danceable music made for a warm and inviting evening during the second annual LAX Under The Lights.

A total of 38 girls, ages 5 through 13, took part in the event led by BHS’ legendary high school team.

Varsity captains Maggie Sweeney, Kiera Havill and Mackenzie Chapman put together a program of fun and games including measuring the speed of shots on goal and learning how to perform draws. Even the newest craze, the Mannequin Challenge, made it into the mix.

All participants received T-shirts and a chance to test out lacrosse before the spring season begins.
