Caroline Cecelia Lubovich of 8745 Sportsman’s Club Road, Bainbridge Island Washington, passed away on February 2, 2017 at 6:25 pm at the age of 88 at Saint Joseph’s Hospital in Tacoma, Washington.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday February 11, 2017 at Saint Cecilia’s Catholic Church on Bainbridge Island.

Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. prior to the service and a Rosary will be prayed at 10:30 a.m.

Mrs. Lubovich was born October 2, 1928 in Chicago, Illinois.

Carol was a woman with a profound perception of the true meaning of family. She was the perfect definition of love, compassion, humility, devotion, loyalty, faith, good humor, and kindness. She was defined by these, and many other virtues rolled into one big heart. She was a great listener and adviser to everyone and there was never an adversity that she could not overcome. She will be deeply missed by everyone who knew her.

She was preceded by Ramon Lubovich, her husband of 59 years.

Survivors include her children: Roger(Cathy), Dean(Virginia), Mark(Teresa),Ron(Linda) and Karen (Brian Fischer).
