Sunny but chilly. That’s the weekend forecast for Bainbridge Island from the National Weather Service in Seattle.

Saturday is expected to be mostly sunny on the island, with a high temperature reaching near 45 degrees.

Overnight, it will be mostly clear, with a low around 31.

It will warm up a bit on Sunday, but not by much. Sunday will see a high near 49.

Come Sunday night, skies will turn partly cloudy and the low will drop to around 32.

Rain returns to the forecast next week, with a 20 percent chance of rain after 10 a.m. Monday.

There will be a chance of showers Tuesday before mostly sunny weather come back Wednesday.
