Public schools in the Bainbridge Island School District will open two hours late on Wednesday, Feb. 13.
Captain Johnston Blakely Elementary will be closed, however, closed due to an extended power outage.
Officials also said a.m./p.m. preschool has been canceled.
Buses will run on regular routes with some exceptions.
Although talked about for some time, the former Comcast property east of Strawberry Hill Park has finally been purchased.
