Three members of the Bainbridge Island City Council will meet with residents of the island’s North Ward this Saturday in Seabold.

North Ward representatives Mayor Kol Medina and Councilman Joe Deets, plus at-large Councilman Ron Peltier, will host a North Ward meeting from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, June 2 at Seabold Community Hall.

City officials note that council ward meetings are an opportunity for residents to meet with council members who represent their ward to talk about topics in the neighborhood and the broader community that are of importance to ward residents.

Ward meetings are intended to be less formal than a council meeting, so it allows for more of a conversation between community members and council members, officials said.
