Mixed night of success for BHS in volleyball

The Spartan girls varsity volleyball team fell to an energized Eastside Catholic team Tuesday in Paski Gymnasium.

Bainbridge lost in three straight sets.

The other Spartan volleyball teams claimed two victories each over the Crusasders.

The junior varsity BHS team won, 2-0, as did the Bainbridge C-Team, 2-0.

Bainbridge was scheduled to play Holy Names Academy late this week at home, to be followed by two games next week in Seattle against Seattle Prep and Bishop Blanchet.

The Spartans will return to Paski Gymnasium to battle Lakeside on Thursday, Oct. 17.
