This week’s adoptable pets are Bootsie and Bone.

For adoption through PAWS:

Bootsie is a 6-year-old, short-haired black-and-white female who came in TO PAWS from Ocean Shores after her owner died.

She is on a much needed diet.

Bootsie is super sweet and loves people. She’s been indoor only. She’s never lived with other animals or children.

You can meet her and others at the PAWS Pleasant Beach adoption center, open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday.

For adoption through Kitsap Humane Society:

Meet Bone! He is a 7-year-old Redbone Coonhound mix who is super friendly and outgoing.

He has lots of energy and would make a great hiking buddy.

He can be very talkative and has a loud hound voice so no apartments for this guy. He would love an owner who is home often or can take him along to go places as he doesn’t like to be left alone.
