Islanders awarded diplomas from WGU

Two students from Bainbridge Island have earned degrees at Western Governors University Washington.

Constance Yenne was awarded a bachelor of science degree in accounting.

Michael Sellman was presented a master’s degree in business administration (IT management).

WGU Washington awarded degrees to a record number of graduates during its commencement ceremony Saturday, May 17 at McCaw Hall in Seattle. The university is only three years old and awarded more than 1,000 bachelor’s and master’s degrees this year.
