Housesitter found dead

A 42-year-old Bremerton woman housesitting near Winslow was found dead Friday afternoon, the apparent victim of natural causes.

Kimberly Sue Fontaine of Sutton Place in Bremerton was found dead by the homeowner whose residence she was minding, in the 100 block of Gowen Place near the Head of the Bay.

There was no sign of foul play, and after a preliminary investigation, police and the coroner’s office ascribed the cause of death to be natural causes, police said.

An autopsy will be conducted to determine the precise cause of death.
