Convicted sex offender moves to Poulsbo

Another convicted sex offender has been placed in the “sex offender house” on the 17000 block of Viking Way in Poulsbo.

According to a post from Kitsap County Sheriff’s Office Everett J Burd has served his time imposed by the court.

It is KCSO’s job to report to the public when a level III sex offender moves/is placed in the area.

Burd was convicted of attempted rape in 1997 and served at least seven or more years in prison before being released to McNeil Island Corrections Center.
